The recent annulment of the POT regional development plan for the Costa del Sol could allow the regularisation of nearly 1,000 homes built on non-building land in Mijas, said the town hall last week. It said the POT included tighter restrictions on such land than the local plan (PGOU). Studies are now underway to determine exactly what areas will benefit.
