Four workers were injured, two of them seriously, in a gas explosion on Tuesday at the Costasol electrical substation in the Camino de Pescadores area of Marbella, near La Cañada. The explosion happened as gas was being transferred from a lorry to the substation, according to the 112 emergency line, which received several calls reporting the incident shortly after 6pm.
