A man who was arrested for allegedly causing a wildfire in the La Concha zone outside Marbella on October 1, when he became lost while hiking and lit a fire to signal his position for rescuers (CDSN last week), was released the following day after a court hearing, pending possible charges. He is being investigated for causing a fire by negligence, reported Europa Press.
