An electrical failure is being blamed for a ferry from Melilla crashing as it entered Málaga port on Monday. The Pinar del Rio of the Baleària line struck a breakwater near the Levante pier causing no injuries but damaging the ship itself. Two illegal immigrants who jumped into the sea when police boarded the ferry are amongst seven found on board, amongst the 143 passengers.
