Telecoms company Orange is launching a €1.6 million cable-laying project that will bring high-speed fibre-optic internet access to practically all homes and businesses in Alhaurín de la Torre during 2017, said the company and the town hall in a joint statement last week. The company has already launched a 4G mobile service in the town.
