A woman jailed for public health offences was pardoned in Málaga on Saturday in a ceremony delayed from Easter week. The Jesús El Rico brotherhood traditionally processes with a freed prisoner in Semana Santa but this year government ministers were unable to choose a subject. The pardoned prisoner processed with the brotherhood through the city to the Plaza de la Constitución.
