A 56-year-old man found driving on the wrong carriageway of a Granada motorway early on Sunday was found have an alcohol level twice the legal limit. National Police said he had caused “panic” amongst other drivers by travelling south at speed on the north-bound carriageway. Patrols eventually stopped his vehicle after a chase and he was immediately detained.
