A man has been arrested in El Puerto de Santa María, Cádiz, for allegedly killing his dog by throwing it from his third-floor flat into the interior patio of the building. Neighbours called the National Police after the incident and told officers that he frequently mistreated the dog. Police arrested him at a veterinary clinic where he had taken the dead animal.
