Six professional cyclists from the Dutch racing team Giant-Alpecin were injured in Alicante on Saturday when they were hit by a car driven by an English woman on the wrong side of the road, according to Valencia’s regional emergency service. Several of the team members suffered broken bones or required surgery, but none had life-threatening injuries.
