King Felipe and Prime Minister Rajoy are to visit Cuba, “as soon as possible,” says Foreign Minister Alfonso Dastis. He was speaking after talks with his opposite number from Havana who has been visiting Madrid. It is over 30 years since a serving Spanish PM visited the island while the last visit by a monarch was King Felipe’s father’s attendance at a 1999 summit.
