A man who attacked and threatened a judge and a prosecutor during a trial in Almuñécar in 2013 has been jailed for four years. The defendant was also fined €360 and banned from communicating with his victims for five years. Both suffered minor injuries as the prosecutor tried to protect the judge from the attack with a wooden stick.
