A 30-year-old Málaga man has been fined for slapping four women on the buttocks as he rode his bicycle along the city’s paseo marítimo Antonio Machado two years ago. He was arrested at the scene and gave a false identity. The suspect claimed he was on drugs and did not know what he was doing but was fined €1,200 for four minor offences.
