Ronda’s town hall announced last week that the Puente Nuevo bridge is now open to traffic again after the completion of repair works, with controversial new traffic measures limiting access to come into effect next month. According to the National Police, a Christmas Eve protest organized by residents against the measures was attended by 1,500 people, while organizers said the figure was 3,000.
