An estimated 220 migrants stormed the border fence between Morocco and Ceuta on Monday. Around 35 people, including three police officers, are reported to have been treated for minor injuries. A government statement claimed the migrants were “hostile and violent,” and that many had attacked the officers attempting to prevent them entering Spain.
