Homeowners of the Vivihabis II development in Benahavís have won a years-long legal battle after a Málaga court ordered the developer to pay over 70,000 euros for repairs to the building’s lift, which had been left unusable due to water leaking into the bottom of the elevator shaft. The court found that the problem was due to deficiencies in the construction of the building in 2006.
