A 38-year-old Málaga man has been detained for the second time in a month, suspected of intentionally damaging parked vehicles. After one car was found alight in the city centre early last Friday, another suffered interior damage half an hour later. Plain clothes officers spotted the suspect at the second incident and later apprehended him as he tried to set light to a rubbish bin.
