Rajoy appoints cabinet, with six new members and seven repeats

SPAIN’S new cabinet got down to work this week after its 13 members were sworn into office last Friday. The eight men and five women, average age 52, include six new faces but observers say the retention of seven members of the previous administration will mean little change to the government’s major policies.
