Meaty delights in Campillos

THIS Sunday (November 6) the inland town of Campillos will become the cured ham and meats capital of the province as it celebrates its ninth annual Feria del Jamón. Some 60 companies will have stands at the event, which is expected to attract more than 10,000 people. Plates of ham will be on sale for €3, and there will be a tourist train taking visitors on a guided tour of the town.
