Málaga noise crisis goes national

Although the city council cancelled fines on Tuesday protests are set to continue until the situation is clarified


Málaga’s “noise crisis” has generated reactions from many of the country’s sporting greats who have spoken out on social media about sanctions placed on schools in the city.

The problems began at the end of November when two colleges were each fined €12,000 by Málaga town hall (CDSN last week) following complaints from neighbours about excessive noise during sports activities, particularly in the evenings.
