Guaro set to light up the night for Luna Mora

Candles and candle designs will light up streets throughout the village

THE streets of Guaro will once again glow in the flickering light of thousands of candles as the village gets set for the 20th edition of its famous Luna Mora festival, to be held this weekend (September 9 and 10).

The entire town centre will be converted into a Moorish-style artisan crafts market lit by more than 25,000 candles, with live music and performances in the streets and numerous other events and activities, many geared especially for children.
