Pupils back to school after six months at home

Pupils returned to the classrooms all over the Valencia and Murcia regions this week.

Youngsters have been studying from home since the Covid-19 pandemic hit Spain in the spring.

Regional councillor for education Vicent Marzà noted that an additional 4,374 teachers have been taken on in the Valncia region alone, allowing them to reduce class sizes and maintain a distance of 1.5 metres between pupils in the classroom.
