The first registry of estate agents in the Valencia region will protect property owners and tenants, as well as benefitting the professional sector, according to regional councillor for housing Héctor Illueca.
Its creation responds to a ‘historic demand of users and professionals’, and will ‘make progress towards greater transparency’ and ‘improve the quality of the sector’, he stated.
