The Valencia government is still trying to rehouse people whose properties were made uninhabitable during the floods which devastated the Vega Baja in September.
An agreement has been signed with the Sabadell bank to cede 22 homes.
This is in addition to the 30 homes loaned by the SAREB (so-called ‘bad bank’).
