Whilst most will agree that certain benefits should not be applied to EU migrants, for example Child Benefit, where the child is not resident within the UK. The rest of the benefits should only be applied when people are in work, as is with nearly every other European Country.
There has to be a fundamental change, where any British Citizen who has worked and earned the right to claim benefits they are entitled to regardless of where they reside. Perhaps there should be a stop to immigrants arriving and claiming more than the honest hard working people of the UK. If they have come from within the EU then there should maybe be a similar system to that of Healthcare.
