A ‘smooth-talking’ Slovakian who speaks six languages has been arrested by the Guardia Civil in Calpe for taking large sums of money from victims in ‘high-end’ estate agency cons.
A spokesman for the force stated that he gained the confidence of those he targeted with his easy manner and was handed cash for services in the luxury housing market that he never provided.
