El Hondo natural park is set to be the first in the Valencia region to be ‘accessible to people with reduced mobility’.
Regional councillor for the environment, Salomé Pradas said it was necessary to ensure that protected areas can be visited by everyone in the region.
“This is so that everyone can enjoy firsthand the rich biodiversity of this area,” she said.
