TWO school pupils have been fined €2,828 after a court found them guilty of ‘humiliating’ a classmate via the WhatsApp mobile phone messaging service.
The schoolboys admitted they had sent derogatory messages to the girl but lawyers appealed the decision of Alicante juvenile court which in March of this year had found them guilty of degrading behaviour.
