RAILWAY company RENFE has offered to give passengers a free ticket if their ‘Cercanías’ train is half and hour late or more.
This is due to the fact that the route between Valencia and Castellón is currently undergoing works in order to build a third track.
Therefore, several short-journey Cercanías trains will likely be delayed while the works are being performed.
And so, as of the begginning of June, users whose train is delayed 30 minuntes or more will be granted a free ticket for another trip.
