OPPOSITION party PADER has taken issue with Rojales town hall and water company Hidraqua’s plan to build five artificial lakes in El Recorral municipal nature reserve.
They will be filled with over 5,000 cubic metres of treated waste water, and take up a significant part of the park
The council noted that the water can be used for irrigation and ‘as a reserve in times of drought’.
