A hair-raising National Police chase through the streets of Elda concluded with the fleeing car suspended on a crash barrier, two suspects in custody and two officers injured.
It all started when a plain clothes patrol in an unmarked vehicle spotted a car driving on the wrong side of a road, explained a spokesman for the force.
