EIGHT failing toll motorways around Spain will be nationalised by the government.
These include the AP-7 from Cartagena to Vera, Alicante’s ring road and another six toll roads around Madrid.
These so-called ghost motorways have been shunned by drivers who have preferred not to fork out for the tolls and take alternative routes.
