THE PROMOTER and builder Peinsa from San Javier has applied for voluntary suspension of payments.
The decision will affect hundreds of expats who bought an off-plan property shortly before the economic crisis in the failed golf resort near Sucina, La Tercia Real (LTR), amongst others.
