Briton describes verdict as ‘wonderful’ after magistrate rules no planning offences were committed

A British developer along with the mayor of Sorbas and six other people have been cleared of planning offences by a court in Almería city.

Expat David Moxham, 61, the head of Manzana Homes S.L., Sorbas mayor José Fernández Amador, as well as three former councillors and three town hall architects, had been accused of illegally constructing eight bungalows on rustic land in the district of La Mela.
