TWENTY-FOUR hours earlier than expected, the ministry of health has announced that the whole Valencia Region (Alicante, Valencia and Castellón provinces) will enter phase two of the lockdown exit process from Monday June 1. The ministry usually announces which regions have been granted their requests on Friday afternoon, but this afternoon (Thursday), health minister Salvador Illa announced that Valencia along with Málaga and Granada provinces in Andalucía, certain areas of Cataluña, Castilla-La Mancha and Castilla y León will enter the new phase.
