Osprey from Scotland set for Alicante province

A total of 20 more osprey are set to be released into the Marjal de Pego-Oliva natural park in the north of Alicante province.

The young birds will arrive from Scotland, according to the regional director for the environment, Raúl Mérida.

They will join other osprey introduced into the protected area in recent years which hailed from the Roy Dennis Wildlife Foundation.
