National Police have shut down a complex criminal enterprise that was enabling motor vehicles to fraudulently pass ITV (MOT) inspections.
The investigation took several months and uncovered the involvement of vehicle owners who came from other parts of Spain to Crevillente in Alicante province and Santomera in neighbouring Murcia, according to a police spokesman.
