An eighth campaign of excavations has started at the Bronze Age site Laderas del Castillo, in Callosa de Segura.
This important dig has already revealed pieces from the homes and daily life of a community of peasants and artisans who set up a large village in the foothills of the Sierra de Callosa more than 4,000 years ago.
