An 80-year-old British rock climber suffered serious injuries when he fell from a height of around 10 metres in Murla on Sunday.
The provincial fire service reported that they scrambled the Alpha 1 helicopter to pick up the injured octogenarian.
The accident occurred at a rock face near the Puerta del Valle urbanisation.
