King Felipe, Queen Letizia, Princess Leonor and Infanta Sofia joined the nation in a minute of silence at midday in front the Spanish flag at half-mast in Zarzuela Palace gardens on Wednesday in remembrance of the over 27,000 people in Spain who have died of Covid-19. Spain is holding a 10-day mourning period.
