Far-right party Vox is helping the Partido Popular (PP) to run municipalities in Alicante province in which there were no clear winners in the May 28 local election.
Deals are being sealed in a number of towns including Jávea and perhaps Orihuela, before the investiture meetings in town halls on Saturday.
One accord that has already been signed between the two parties is in Elche following an agreement completed on Tuesday.
