Demolition of the 100-year-old subsiding road bridge over Lo Quiles watercourse on the CV-95 at San Miguel de Salinas has come just in time to avert a possible disaster, according to residents.
The town’s Arcángel residents’ association had alerted the regional government to the structural deficiencies seven months ago.
