Minister for the ecological transition Teresa Ribera has accused energy supply companies of ‘not playing fair’ and not being clear when they are billing customers.
Her comments came before the Cabinet meeting on Tuesday which passed another 18 out of 73 measures which form the national government’s energy crisis decree.
