A man accused of stealing a woman’s mobile phone during a Mass in Murcia has been arrested.
National Police officers were greeted by a chaotic scene when they arrived at the city church.
The congregation had caught the 38-year-old suspect, who was acting aggressively ‘insulting, pushing, issuing threats and intimidating those trying to detain him’, according to a force spokeswoman.
