Wildfires that made international TV news twice in three years during the last decade were still not enough to get Jávea a brigade of its own – but now volunteers will not be alone.
A proper fire station, with a sergeant and three firemen, plus an all-terrain engine will be ready to roll on July 1 on the banks of the River Gorgos.
