A four-year-old child remains under observation in Torrecárdenas hospital after a heavy metal door fell on top of him at the La Atalaya de la Villa primary school in Níjar.
Adam Ramzi was playing with friends in the playground last Thursday, May 26, when the metal door came out of its frame and squashed him. Teachers performed first aid until emergency services arrived, and the child was rushed to the paediatric trauma unit of the province’s main hospital.
