The regional health service launched its annual flu vaccination campaign on Monday to protect those most at risk from the virus over the winter.
In Almería, more than 87,000 doses of the vaccine will be available to patients in more than 230 health centres across the province.
The campaign is directed towards people aged 65 and over and those suffering from chronic diseases, along with pregnant women and those working in public community services.
