Working-aged residents in Teulada-Moraira are being priced out of the housing market due to the proliferation of holiday homes, warns a local government opposition team.
Regional party Compromís says finding permanent rentals locally is nearly impossible, and those few that are available are among the most expensive in the province of Alicante.
