Air traffic controllers set to strike

Unions representing air traffic controllers have called five days of strike action at 16 Spanish airports including Alicante-Elche.

The 24-hour stoppages are set to take place on January 30 – and February 6, 13, 20 and 27.

The industrial action is directed at airports where the air traffic control service has been privatised.
