Residents reported ‘chaos’ in the rubbish collection service in Orihuela Costa over the Easter holidays.
The AVCRL association published a series of photos sent by members of garbage piling up on the streets.
The town hall announced on Wednesday that ‘between today and tomorrow’ a total of 25 additional refuge collection and street workers will ‘reinforce the service’.
