I would like to concur with comments from Ray Bigger and Roy Penfold. Had David Cameron been offered an opportunity to control immigration back in 2016, the UK and the EU would not be in this impasse.
Very helpfully, Ray Bigger reminds us of Marta Andreason. Back in 2003 I visited Strasbourg with a political group and we were each given €50 as a ‘thank you’!
Please consider the brutal murders of Victoria Marinova and Daphne Caruana Galizia… both investigative journalists working on stories relating to corruption within the EU.
